I'm a Berkeley-trained political economist and entrepreneur specializing in geopolitical risk analysis. I am co-founder and CEO of a stealth-mode start-up decoding political risk for global organizations.
I teach political risk at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and NYU Stern School of Business, and regularly write for / speak to global audiences about geopolitics, emerging markets, African political economy and the intersection of politics and technology. Formerly, I was Director of Africa, Comparative Analytics and Research Management at Eurasia Group. I live in San Francisco, California.
